Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate the technical strategy and roadmap in the hardware field of unmanned sweepers, lead the overall architecture planning and technical direction control of the hardware system for small unmanned sanitation vehicles and sanitation robots, and output core technical decisions.
2. Overall plan the construction and management of the hardware team, including personnel recruitment, training, performance appraisal and incentive, build an efficient hardware R&D system, and improve the overall technical capability of the team.
3. Lead the review and check of core hardware solutions (perception sensors, controllers, power systems, cleaning mechanism control modules, etc.), be responsible for the final decision-making of key device selection, and coordinate cost control and supplier system construction.
4. Overall plan the whole-process R&D management of hardware, including scheme design, development and verification, testing and certification, mass production introduction and other links, and take the lead in solving major hardware technical problems in the whole process.
5. Establish a hardware quality control system and technical standards and specifications to ensure that hardware products meet mass production and industry regulatory requirements.
6. Collaborate cross-departmentally with software, production, marketing, supply chain and other teams to promote the efficient cooperation between hardware and all links, and support the achievement of business goals. Track the cutting-edge technology trends in the industry, and promote hardware technological innovation and iterative optimization.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering and other related majors, master’s degree is preferred.
2. More than 8 years of experience in automotive electronics or unmanned equipment hardware R&D and management, including more than 3 years of team management experience. Have experience in overall planning of mass production of unmanned sweeper hardware projects, in-depth understanding of the unmanned vehicle hardware technology stack and industry development trends, and familiar with the on-board hardware development process, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Have profound hardware architecture design capabilities and technical foresight, can accurately grasp the development direction of hardware technology, and lead major technical decisions.
4. Proficient in the design principles of on-board hardware systems (sensors, controllers, power supplies, etc.), familiar with relevant interface protocols and development tools, and have extremely strong ability to tackle major technical problems.
5. Possess excellent team management, organizational coordination and leadership skills, can build an efficient R&D team, and promote cross-departmental collaborative implementation.
6. Have a strong sense of cost and quality control, and have perfect experience in supplier system construction and mass production coordination.
