Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the planning and implementation of autonomous driving software projects, formulate project plans, resource allocation plans and risk control plans, track key indicators such as project progress, quality and cost, and solve bottleneck problems in project promotion in a timely manner.
2. Responsible for the full-process management of autonomous driving software versions, including version planning, requirement collection, iteration plan formulation, version release review and version change control, establish a clear version management mechanism, and ensure version stability and traceability.
3. Build and continuously optimize the autonomous driving software R&D process (such as agile development process), formulate R&D specifications and standards, promote the implementation of process tools, and improve R&D efficiency and collaboration capabilities.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams such as algorithms, development, testing and hardware to work together, establish an efficient communication mechanism, synchronize project progress, version status and risk information, and promote the closed-loop of cross-team problems.
5. Responsible for the construction of the project document system, output core documents such as project plans, version descriptions and project review reports, organize project review meetings, summarize experience and lessons and promote improvement.
6. Track the best practices and tools of project management in the field of autonomous driving software R&D, introduce advanced management methods, and improve the professional level of project management and version management.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Automation and other related disciplines.
2. More than 3 years of software project management experience, preferably with experience in autonomous driving or intelligent connected vehicle software project management. Familiar with the whole process of software R&D, have practical experience in version management and agile development management, and preferably understand the autonomous driving software technology stack (perception, decision-making, control).
3. Proficient in software project management methods, proficient in using project management tools (such as ZenTao) and version management tools (Git, SVN, etc.), and able to independently complete project planning and full-process control.
4. Possess excellent cross-team coordination ability, communication and expression ability and problem-solving ability, and can efficiently promote cross-departmental collaboration and closed-loop project problems.
5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, have good risk prediction and control ability, and can respond to emergencies in complex project environments.
6. Candidates with PMP, Agile certification (CSM, etc.) are preferred. Candidates with experience in autonomous driving software version management or mass production project management are preferred.
