Job Responsibilities

1. Daily accounting processing: Responsible for the daily income and expenditure accounting of branch companies and various projects, including bookkeeping, voucher review and entry of labor costs, equipment procurement and maintenance fees, material consumption and other expenses related to sanitation projects, so as to ensure accurate accounting.
2. Financial statement preparation: Regularly prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, as well as special income and expenditure statements for sanitation projects, to provide financial data support for the management.
3. Tax handling: Complete the declaration and payment of value-added tax, corporate income tax and other taxes on time, handle the application for tax incentives related to sanitation services, and ensure tax compliance.
4. Cost and budget management: Calculate the cost of sanitation projects (such as vehicle fuel fees and cleaning tool fees), participate in the preparation of project budgets, monitor budget implementation, and analyze cost differences.
5. Fund management: Track the capital flow of branch companies and various projects, check bank statements to ensure the matching of capital income and expenditure; assist in managing project payment collection and docking with customers for settlement.
6. Data management: Keep financial documents such as accounting vouchers, account books and statements, and cooperate with internal audits and external supervision inspections such as compliance verification of sanitation projects.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background & Major: Full-time college degree or above, major in Accounting, Financial Management or related fields; candidates with Junior Accountant Professional Title are preferred.
2. Work Experience: Over 3 years of accounting working experience; prior financial experience in the service industry, especially environmental sanitation and property management, is preferred; familiar with project cost accounting is a plus.
3. Professional Competence: Master accounting standards and tax regulations, proficient in financial software (Yonyou, Kingdee etc.) and Excel; equipped with basic financial analysis capabilities.
4. Other Requirements: Meticulous, rigorous and responsible, able to work under certain pressure; candidates familiar with the business model of the environmental sanitation industry such as outsourced projects and regional-based services are preferred.
5. Able to take business trips and strong in stress resistance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Collect bidding information of water conservancy projects, screen projects matching the company's business scope, and establish information account records.
2. Compile technical bids including construction plans, quality and safety plans, and commercial bids such as quotation lists and qualification documents in accordance with tender document requirements, to ensure full response to substantive bid requirements.
3. Maintain the company’s water conservancy qualifications, project performances and personnel certificates, and verify compliance before bidding.
4. Control the whole bidding process, complete document review, sealing, submission and bid opening coordination to avoid procedural errors.
5. Sort out bid results after bid opening, review the reasons for unsuccessful bids, and optimize subsequent bidding strategies.
6. Assist with the bidding work of municipal and other engineering projects.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in engineering-related fields.
2. Work Experience: More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
3. Professional Competence: Familiar with national, provincial and municipal laws, regulations and procurement (bidding) processes.
4. Qualification Certificates: Candidates with Constructor Certificate (Water Conservancy and Hydropower Major), Engineer Certificate (Water Conservancy and Hydropower and related majors), and Cost Clerk Certificate are preferred.
5. Software Skills: Proficient in various office software, master Xindian and other cost software, and have the ability to price water conservancy projects.
6. Comprehensive Quality: Possess a meticulous work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

1. Bridge the demands of sanitation scenarios with autonomous driving technological innovation, lead product planning, definition and full lifecycle management of driverless sanitation vehicles, and drive commercial implementation and continuous iteration of products.
2. Research pain points in the sanitation industry such as high labor costs, low operational efficiency and safety risks in night operations, and define product function lists and performance indicators based on autonomous driving capabilities including L4-level driverless technology and multi-sensor fusion.
3. Deliver Product Requirement Documents (PRD), and clarify Operational Design Domain (ODD), functional scenarios such as automatic obstacle avoidance, path planning and garbage identification, as well as human-computer interaction logic.
4. Analyze the demands of sanitation operating companies, government bidding requirements and competitor developments, establish a benchmarking database of competing products, and refine differentiated competitive advantages.
5. Coordinate with the R&D team to advance product development and track testing progress to ensure compliance of functions with relevant regulations.
6. Monitor product operation data including failure rate, operational efficiency and energy consumption, and optimize product design through closed-loop management.
7. Translate customer feedback into product upgrade requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation and other related disciplines.
2. Over 5 years of working experience; in-depth understanding of autonomous driving scenario definition, software and hardware function definition, product experience and user demands in the sanitation vehicle business model.
3. Familiar with sanitation operation procedures and the technical boundaries of autonomous driving (perception, decision-making and control modules).
4. Proficient in agile development, user story mapping and competitive analysis frameworks; skilled in delivering PRD/FRD documents independently.
5. Familiar with autonomous driving policies (road test, data security) and industry standards for sanitation.
6. Possess excellent communication skills, able to integrate and coordinate resources from all parties, identify bottlenecks in complex project processes, ensure efficient execution of upstream and downstream teams and achieve overall synergy.

Bonus Points
1. Experience in landed projects of autonomous driving sanitation vehicles (such as smart parks and urban road cleaning).
2. Familiar with high-precision map and vehicle-grade hardware selection (LiDAR, computing platform).

Job Responsibilities

1. Research autonomous driving industry trends, policies & regulations, and user needs; output product requirement documents; define product positioning and core functions.
2. Lead product planning and roadmap development; coordinate cross-functional teams including algorithm, engineering, and testing; drive R&D implementation and version iterations.
3. Define product testing standards and acceptance criteria; track R&D progress and quality; resolve requirement and coordination issues in project advancement.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning and implementation of autonomous driving software projects, formulate project plans, resource allocation plans and risk control plans, track key indicators such as project progress, quality and cost, and solve bottleneck problems in project promotion in a timely manner.
2. Responsible for the full-process management of autonomous driving software versions, including version planning, requirement collection, iteration plan formulation, version release review and version change control, establish a clear version management mechanism, and ensure version stability and traceability.
3. Build and continuously optimize the autonomous driving software R&D process (such as agile development process), formulate R&D specifications and standards, promote the implementation of process tools, and improve R&D efficiency and collaboration capabilities.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams such as algorithms, development, testing and hardware to work together, establish an efficient communication mechanism, synchronize project progress, version status and risk information, and promote the closed-loop of cross-team problems.
5. Responsible for the construction of the project document system, output core documents such as project plans, version descriptions and project review reports, organize project review meetings, summarize experience and lessons and promote improvement.
6. Track the best practices and tools of project management in the field of autonomous driving software R&D, introduce advanced management methods, and improve the professional level of project management and version management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Automation and other related disciplines.
2. More than 3 years of software project management experience, preferably with experience in autonomous driving or intelligent connected vehicle software project management. Familiar with the whole process of software R&D, have practical experience in version management and agile development management, and preferably understand the autonomous driving software technology stack (perception, decision-making, control).
3. Proficient in software project management methods, proficient in using project management tools (such as ZenTao) and version management tools (Git, SVN, etc.), and able to independently complete project planning and full-process control.
4. Possess excellent cross-team coordination ability, communication and expression ability and problem-solving ability, and can efficiently promote cross-departmental collaboration and closed-loop project problems.
5. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, have good risk prediction and control ability, and can respond to emergencies in complex project environments.
6. Candidates with PMP, Agile certification (CSM, etc.) are preferred. Candidates with experience in autonomous driving software version management or mass production project management are preferred.
