Job Responsibilities
1. Build and improve the production and manufacturing system of unmanned sanitation vehicles, formulate production processes, process standards, operation specifications and safety management systems, and promote the standardization and normalization of the production process.
2. Overall plan the formulation and implementation of production plans, rationally allocate production resources (personnel, equipment, materials) according to order requirements and capacity status, and ensure the achievement of production progress and on-time delivery of orders.
3. Lead the production quality control, establish a full-process quality inspection mechanism, track and solve quality problems in the production process, promote quality improvement, and improve product qualification rate.
4. Responsible for the construction and management of the production team, including personnel recruitment, training, assessment and incentive, improve the team's production skills and execution ability, and build an efficient and stable production team.
5. Overall plan the control of production and manufacturing costs, optimize production processes and resource allocation, reduce material loss, energy consumption and labor costs, and improve production economic benefits.
6. Collaborate cross-departmentally with R&D, supply chain, quality, sales and other teams to promote the introduction of new products into mass production, material supply guarantee, and solution of after-sales production-related problems, to ensure smooth production and operation.
7. Track the advanced manufacturing technologies and management modes in the industry, promote the upgrading of production equipment, process improvement and digital transformation, and improve production efficiency and intelligent manufacturing level.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management and other related majors, master’s degree is preferred.
2. More than 8 years of production and manufacturing management experience in commercial vehicles (sanitation vehicles, light trucks, medium trucks, etc.), including more than 3 years of team management experience. Preferably with experience in mass production and manufacturing management of unmanned equipment or intelligent connected vehicles. Familiar with commercial vehicle production processes, quality control processes and industry production standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Proficient in the commercial vehicle production and manufacturing management system, have excellent ability in production plan formulation, resource allocation and progress control, and have complete experience in the manufacturing implementation of mass production projects.
4. Have solid knowledge of production quality control, be familiar with quality management tools (such as SPC, FMEA, etc.), and can effectively promote the solution of production quality problems and continuous improvement.
5. Possess excellent team management, organizational coordination and cross-departmental communication skills, can build an efficient production team, and promote the efficient implementation of cross-departmental collaboration.
6. Have a strong sense of cost and lean production thinking, and have rich experience in production and manufacturing cost control and process optimization.
7. Understand the product structure and production process characteristics of unmanned sanitation vehicles, and be familiar with intelligent manufacturing and digital production related technologies and tools is preferred. Preferably with production management experience in car companies or leading equipment manufacturing enterprises.
