Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the structural design of machinery, exterior trim and other parts of sanitation products, and responsible for component drawings, component selection and system layout.
2. Participate in the R&D projects of sanitation equipment, from concept to final realization, to ensure the performance requirements of products.
3. Write and organize technical documents related to mechanical design, such as design BOM, product special characteristic list, operation manual, etc.
4. Cooperate closely with the production department to carry out trial production and debugging of new products, and solve technical problems encountered in the production process. Solve relevant design problems encountered by users during use.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering, more than 3 years of non-standard mechanical design experience, preferably 2 years of experience in the sanitation field.
2. Familiar with the design principle of motion mechanisms, and have a certain understanding of the processing technology of components (machining, sheet metal, welding).
3. Proficient in using 3D software such as CATIA.
4. Understand GD&T geometric tolerance marking, and can independently complete DVP (Design Verification Plan).
5. Strong initiative, strong pressure resistance and adaptability, and able to maintain a good working state and team spirit.

2. Overall plan the construction and management of the test team, including personnel recruitment, training, assessment and incentive, improve the team's testing capability and efficiency, and build an efficient test team.
3. Lead the whole-scenario testing of unmanned sanitation vehicle vehicle functions, performance, reliability and autonomous driving systems (perception, decision-making, control), covering simulation testing, real vehicle testing and other links.
4. Responsible for the progress, quality and cost control of test projects, track the implementation of tests, and take the lead in solving major technical problems and cross-departmental collaboration problems in the testing process.
5. Establish a defect management mechanism, promote the R&D team to close defects efficiently, organize test reviews, output test summary reports, and continuously optimize test processes and methods.
6. Track the testing technology trends and industry regulations in the field of unmanned sanitation vehicles and autonomous driving, introduce advanced testing tools and technologies (such as automated testing, scenario-based testing), and improve test coverage and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation and other related majors, master’s degree is preferred.
2. More than 6 years of relevant work experience in testing, including more than 3 years of test team management experience. Have experience in testing unmanned sanitation vehicles/commercial vehicles and autonomous driving systems, and be familiar with the testing process, industry standards and regulatory requirements of unmanned vehicles.
3. Proficient in the testing methods of unmanned sanitation vehicle vehicle testing and autonomous driving systems (perception, decision-making, control), and familiar with simulation testing tools and real vehicle testing processes.
4. Have excellent ability to build a test system, can independently formulate test strategies, plans and specifications, and have strong ability to tackle major test problems.
5. Understand the cutting-edge testing technologies in the field of autonomous driving, preferably with experience in the implementation of automated testing and scenario-based testing, and preferably with test management experience in car companies or leading autonomous driving enterprises.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build and improve the production and manufacturing system of unmanned sanitation vehicles, formulate production processes, process standards, operation specifications and safety management systems, and promote the standardization and normalization of the production process.
2. Overall plan the formulation and implementation of production plans, rationally allocate production resources (personnel, equipment, materials) according to order requirements and capacity status, and ensure the achievement of production progress and on-time delivery of orders.
3. Lead the production quality control, establish a full-process quality inspection mechanism, track and solve quality problems in the production process, promote quality improvement, and improve product qualification rate.
4. Responsible for the construction and management of the production team, including personnel recruitment, training, assessment and incentive, improve the team's production skills and execution ability, and build an efficient and stable production team.
5. Overall plan the control of production and manufacturing costs, optimize production processes and resource allocation, reduce material loss, energy consumption and labor costs, and improve production economic benefits.
6. Collaborate cross-departmentally with R&D, supply chain, quality, sales and other teams to promote the introduction of new products into mass production, material supply guarantee, and solution of after-sales production-related problems, to ensure smooth production and operation.
7. Track the advanced manufacturing technologies and management modes in the industry, promote the upgrading of production equipment, process improvement and digital transformation, and improve production efficiency and intelligent manufacturing level.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management and other related majors, master’s degree is preferred.
2. More than 8 years of production and manufacturing management experience in commercial vehicles (sanitation vehicles, light trucks, medium trucks, etc.), including more than 3 years of team management experience. Preferably with experience in mass production and manufacturing management of unmanned equipment or intelligent connected vehicles. Familiar with commercial vehicle production processes, quality control processes and industry production standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Proficient in the commercial vehicle production and manufacturing management system, have excellent ability in production plan formulation, resource allocation and progress control, and have complete experience in the manufacturing implementation of mass production projects.
4. Have solid knowledge of production quality control, be familiar with quality management tools (such as SPC, FMEA, etc.), and can effectively promote the solution of production quality problems and continuous improvement.
5. Possess excellent team management, organizational coordination and cross-departmental communication skills, can build an efficient production team, and promote the efficient implementation of cross-departmental collaboration.
6. Have a strong sense of cost and lean production thinking, and have rich experience in production and manufacturing cost control and process optimization.
7. Understand the product structure and production process characteristics of unmanned sanitation vehicles, and be familiar with intelligent manufacturing and digital production related technologies and tools is preferred. Preferably with production management experience in car companies or leading equipment manufacturing enterprises.
